Custom printed products are made specifically for each order and are not generally returnable unless defective or produced incorrectly by Oh Boy! Print Shop. Production timelines depend on order details, garment availability, proof approval, and shop schedule. Hard deadlines must be communicated before quote approval.
By approving a quote, paying an invoice or deposit, or approving a proof, the customer agrees to the order details and these terms.
