Oh Boy! Print Shop creates custom printed apparel and merchandise made specifically for each customer order. Because our work is custom-made, completed orders are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless there is a production defect or an error made by Oh Boy! Print Shop.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery at info@ohboyprintshop.com or (512) 270-6696. Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. If we confirm a defect or shop error, we will work with you to repair, replace, reprint, or otherwise make the order right.
Customer-approved artwork, sizes, garment choices, quantities, spelling, and proof details are the customer’s responsibility once approved. Orders cancelled after garments, materials, or production work have started may be subject to charges for costs already incurred.
